Graduated in 1975 as interior architect at the “Nationaal Hoger Instituut voor Bouwkunst en Stedenbouw” in Antwerp (Belgium). 1984 he teaches at several architecture schools in Belgium as professor or external examiner and he was also member of the jury for the prestigious “Interieur 2000” design competition in Kortrijk.

He designs intimate furniture and lighting objects, without anecdotal humour or exaggerated experimenting. Logic and good taste give rise to useful and familiar objects, always without unnecessary frills. and international prizes in furniture and lighting competitions.
